It's a system file. Even if you did delete it, Windows will simply recreate it next time the drive is plugged in.
In other words, leave it alone, deleting it is pointless.

Moreover, you shouldn't even see that file if Windows is configured as recommended :

"Hide protected operating system files" should be enabled at all times, especially for those who get trigger-happy with the delete key or delete command.
