How come Win10 didn't detect the driver for my new board? I've used it on my AMD board, no issue. I'm not sure why it wouldn't auto detect it for my Intel build.

Anybody have an answer for this? I know Full Retail Windows should allow me to switch from board to board.

This is when you download the driver from the manufacturer, then install that. Contrary to popular belief, Microsoft does not include every driver version for every possible hardware device, directly in the OS.
Some things, you have to install yourself.

"Full Retail" has nothing to do with LAN drivers.
