I am planning on buying the following desktop computer:

My plan is to add a very good graphics, RAM and probably change the power supply. But I am complete novice. I did some research and there is something called small form factor. Do I have to search for SFF graphics card or what should I look for in order to upgrade this machine. Any response will be greatly appreciated.
