I3 4170 + r9 270x or i5 4460 + gtx 750 ti?

I will be using it mostly for gaming.But i'm also kind of scared of the power consumption that comes with the r9.Wil it really be that big of a difference in the electricity bill between those cards?

Also,itwould be greatif you could recommend some cards equivalent to r9 that are amd or nvidia but with lower power consumption..

I prefer gtx 950 it's a bit expensive than gtx 750 ti but it's more powerful

What is your current PSU? You would need a good quality 500watts for a 270x as a minimum. Power consumption might look significant on paper but between them an electricity bill would be very minimal. depending on your budget, an i3 and a GTX 950/270x will be a good combination. Put your money into a GPU if you game a lot.

I actually don't want to spend more than 50-60$ on the psu.And now i actually thought more about it and I think i'll get the gtx 960(not 950) with the i3 4170.
