The only thing i care is that about the heat sink. The H97 PRO4 have better heat sink than the anniversary edition and i know that is the only problem people hesitate to get it otherwise the board is pretty decent on such amount.

Grab the Intel I5 4690k (Devil's Canyon) and the Asus z97-a motherboard and a swiftech liquid cooler for cpu so you can over clock as needed then a gtx 980 and you should be under 1600 and good to go.
