My PSU dont start working

I was buy from ebay used PSU Enermax Platimax 750W.When i plug on electricity it not start work.It not conected nowhere/motherboard,GPU.../Why ?PSU is dead?

Perfectly normal. The PSU will not start if it is not connected to a mobo.

You can get around this by taking a short wire or paper clip and shorting the green wire to any black wire on the 24 pin ATX plug.
