After installing amd driver,display goes black or after restart windows wont boot

Hi, after i tried to instal amd driver for my radeon 5 the screen goes black or after restart windows wont boot.i tried many things but nothing help so i tried to post something here i dont know what to do

are you allowed to at least get into the trouble shooting menu and start the computer into safe mode? if you can do that, you should be able to uninstall the driver. If that doesnt work put your card in another PCI slot and see if it would boot, once it does, uninstall that driver.

i cant even instal it it goes to black screen and i have to repair my windows so it boot and now i am with this standart microsoft grafic adapter

what exactly is your GPU card? like mines is R9 290 whats yours? i can see if i can help you find the right one, because your screen should not black screen when updating.

have you tried installing it from the device manager or the amd support website?

also whats your operating system Ex: windows 10 and is it 32 bit or 64 bit?

i tried to instal it from hp sait from amd i tried to install it from devicce manager and always the same black screen ...
p.s O. S Microsoft Windows 8.1 Enterprise N/64bits
