So should i actually go to my uncles house and use his air compressor? (He builds and repair cars) but is this method really how i should do it like should i actually use air compressor it just seems to strong. Like the guy in the video look how he holds the gpu in 2:25 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9NnbrfDiL94 should i do his method and if so then am i suppose to wear my anti static wrist strap so i dont hurt my gpu when holding it right?

Compressed air is the best way to completely get rid of the dust buildup. The best way to keep your PC clean is actually to buy a high quality case. High quality cases have proper air filters and cooling to keep dust out. For instance, in my PC after more than a year I have barely any dust, so I'm not even considering compressed air yet. On the contrary, where I work, I sweep up piles of dust daily, so where you live and the quality of your PC case plays a role.

Echoing the above, ask yourself what you will lose and what you will gain. Wearing a wrist strap you lose nothing, and gain peace of mind. Not wearing it you gain a tiny bit of mobility freedom, but potentially lose your graphics card.

I would not recommend using an air compressor. the air coming from the nozzle will have impurities (water vapor and compressor OIL).
The strength of the air could be enough to loosen/crack solder joints on capacitors and diodes. Any impurities in the air, oil in particular will act as a glue for future dust.

I have not found a computer that was so dusty that a can of air (filtered and clean) could not clean.

Easy sprays is usually the norm. I never had to use compressed air myself, but I usually hear easy sprays. I wouldn't go full fireman style on it.

Pick up some nitrile gloves to keep the moisture off your pc.
