This is my computer.. will run GTA V? i could play on med if had to.. but anyway i could run it..??

Drives:
1TB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive

Operating System:

It won't be a great experience on that machine I'm afraid,you would be looking at sub 30 fps at best, likely averaging 26 fps or so(at best). The apu depends on fast ram really and still then performance is sub par. Your best bet would to throw in a dedicated video card.

You also really need an ssd for you Operating system to speed thing up abit & ssd for the games files too otherwise it is gonna really judder because to much time will be taken up by the cpu for slow loading os.
