Approximate Purchase Date: As soon as possible, hoping to finish the project within 2 weeks

Budget Range: $1200-$1500 (including shipping and everything)

System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Fallout 4, CODs, WoW, Tera, Blade & soul), streaming gameplay (League of Legend mostly). All of them on the highest graphic setting as possible.

Parts to Upgrade: Everything, I am building a new PC

Do you need to buy OS: Yes, I heard window 10 is good? or should i stick with Window 8

Parts Preferences: I have already decided on my CPU (Intel Core BX80646I74790K i7-4790K Processor) and my GPU (GeForce GTX 980), Motherboard will be going for (ASUS Z97-A DDR3 2600) However, if you have better suggestion, the options are open-minded

SLI or Crossfire:Maybe

Additional Comments: I also need recommendation on the tower case and cables that connects the component/parts within the PC. Yes, I am a total noob

* For Gaming i7-4790K is Overkill. Even i5-4690K can give good results for the next 3-4 years.

I'd keep the i7 if you are streaming, the extra threads will not hurt at all. It is highly dependant on what kind of encoder you use (x264) is cpu bound etc.

If budget allows keep it.

1. Does the PC run smoothly on High/Ultra graphic setting on current main stream games? ( I am playing Tera, WoW) and I will play Fallout 4 in the future.
2. For the motherboard, should I go for gigabyte z97x 5 or 7? what is the difference?
3. For the video card, does the brand mean any difference? (Asus GeForce GTX980 vs Gigabyte GeForce GTX 980 vs EVGA GTX 980)
4. I know you have mentioned, but what is the really difference/consideration I should take into a account between i7-4790K vs i5-4690K

Asus POSEIDON-GTX980-P-4G is a Water Cooled GPU.You need a Water Cooler for this GPU. This model runs the Coolest among all model.
Asus MATRIX-GTX980-P-4GD5 is highest Stock Clocked GPU[1.24Ghz compared to Strix 1.18Ghz] . Even you can overclocked it to the Maximum.
Asus STRIX-GTX980-DC2OC-4GD5 is the Middle man.

SSD gvies you much better Data Transfer Speed means Apps & Games open up much Faster, OS start up becomes much faster. Install OS, heavy apps & games on SSD and keep HDD as Storage Drive.
