What Resolution do you intend to Play????
For 1080p, GTX 970 is fine.
But for 1440p you need a GTX 980Ti.

Are you planning to SLI GTX 970, then 1000W PSU is fine. but for a Single unit that thing is Overkill.

Why do you want 32gb of RAM for a gaming only pc? I dont even get to16gb @1440p with max settings.

The PSU is complete overkill. A 500-600w unit would run this without any issues and if you plan to SLI the 970 in the future a 800w unti would still be easily doing the job. Even with anything OCd.

And i'd also recommend getting a Samsung Pro SSD instead of the Corsair.
