I am afraid you will have an unfortunate bottleneck with that cpu, although, it won't be a really big one. On the other side, the power supply should be enough to run it if you aren't thinking of crazy overclocking and don't have many other things like 20 harddisks. Hey, I calculted the wattage needed for your power supply with gtx 970, recommended is 495 so should be fine, after some quick research i found a guy with the same cpu/graphics card combo and he is running fine https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w42GqU54LAg
I myself am going to build a pc with r9 390 for the 8gb RAM, same price and sometimes even better performance, so check that out too.
