Bought Windows 7 install disc from e-bay. It has no key to install. How do I get key from disc ? Is it useless ?

You just gave some random person an extra 5 or 10 dollars.
The license is what costs. Given a valid license key, you can download the ISO directly from Microsoft for free, and create your own install DVD or USB.

For future reference, buying licensed software from ebay is rarely a good idea.

The key is not contained within the disc itself; it is located on the packaging. If the product key is not on the packaging then the disc is fairly useless as a fresh install disc (can be kept for recovery purposes or w/e).

ebay claims responsibility for all ads that do not include what it says it should include. I just purchased one too that stated that a valid licence is included. I even made an image of the entire ebay page as proof. I suggest you get in touch with ebay. You may also contact your credit card company for reimbursement.
