Hello guise I'm going to buy a ASUS GTX 750 ti OC 2GB.I took a PSU fom an old DELL Worckstation(from 2004).Here are the PSU specs:350W 12V-1 18A,12V-2 18A combined 12V is 28A.GPU power requierments 400W and 20A at 12V .My PC has FX6300 8GB RAM, 2 HDD's.Will this GPU run on my PC or not?Sorry for bad English. :)Thank you for answers!

Solution
That particular GTX750ti version is highly overclocked and requires a 6 pin aux power lead(75w more). I would not try to use a molex to 6 pin adapter with your psu to try to run that particular card.

But, there are many other GTX750ti cards that do not require such extra power.
For them, you are good to go.
