What's the best graphics card for AMD athlon II x4 640?

An R9 280 would complement your CPU well and give good performance. The Radeon HD 7990 is also a beast and worth considering

in that case I'd either go with the radeon 7990 or the gtx 750Ti. Both well are priced and have good performance
