So my RAM keep maxing out for no reason. Can happen while gaming or while idling, i get a 99% RAM memory usage on my task manager and performance drops to a crawl. Thing is, theres nothing on the task manage coming anywhere near 2gb when i last checked, with Witcher 3 running, let alone stack up to 16gb of usage. Rebooting can sometime rectify this issue but it likes to return. Ive tried reseating the modules to no avail. Any advice?

Cheers

You might also try looking in Windows Event Viewer and see if there's anything unusual coming up. Like, sometimes you'll find some process generating 8 errors a second as it repeatedly tries and fails to open, or keeps trying to connect to the Internet, or something like that. Not necessarily things that will show up as a running program. Not guaranteed you'll find it there, of course, but if you can identify the process that's causing it, hopefully you can disable it or reinstall it.

I'll run a few scans and see if anything turns up. I dont even need to be on a game for it to happen, though its started during a number of them. I'll check event viewer next time it shows up.

Cheers.
