CS:GO Black screen crashing

Hi all,
Everytime i try to launch CS:GO it immediately goes to a black screen. I cant alt+tab out, and when i do ctrl+alt+del it doesn't even let me click on anything but the screen except the taskbar at the bottom. My only option is by resetting the computer.

So far i have tried:
1. Delete/ re-install game
2. Deleted/ re-installed graphics drivers
3. Verify game cache

All pc specs are in signature. Any help or ideas would be very appeciated

Have you right-clicked on "Counter Strike: Global Offensive" and verified the integrity files?
If not here's a few simple steps.

1.) Right click on "Counter Strike: Global Offensive"
2.) Find properties which should be at the bottom of the list of commands.
3.) Look at the 5 tabs on the top, find "LOCAL FILES" click on it.
4.) Look at the 4 buttons one should be called "Verify Integrity Of Game Cache..."
5.) Click on it and wait for it to finish.
6.) Try booting up CS:GO again.

Yes, everything else ive tried seems to be working fine.
