After about 20-60 minutes, computer flickers the screen. What used to happen is it would reboot my graphics card and tell me it was a Kernal Error, now it just shuts down my entire computer.

I recently shipped my graphics card back to MSI (GeForce GTX 750) and a new one arrived, only to find I had the same issue yet again.

Could this be my Motherboard? Could this be my power supply? How would I figure out which one it is so I don't have to ship out the wrong item or get the wrong item fixed?

Power Supply - CX500M http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139050&cm_re=cx500m-_-17-139-050-_-Product

MOBO - MS-7963 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130637

Thank you for your time and help,

Solution
Its could be anything really - Ram, Psu, Hardrive, Software, Mobo - difficult to actually tell really -

This is the route I would follow to fix this:

(1) Start with the RAM - Download Memtest x86 and boot it from a USB pendrive in the bios. Run it for a couple hours - if it reports no errors you can rule that out for the most part.

(2) the second thing to do would be to re-install windows to rule out viruses/registry corruption.

(3) you could always re-flash the bios and see if that works.

(4) If you have any spares for any of the parts try swapping them out and testing if the issue persists.

(5) Make sure no connectors from the psu have become loose.

(6) At this stage take it to a repair shop or start RMA procedures for mobo...
