Mobo: ASROCK G41M-GS3 (intel socket 775) DDR3 1333 Dual Channel
RAM: 6GB
GPU: Geforce GT 610
CPU: Intel Pentium Dual CPU E2180 2GHz
Power Supply: 600W

Budget - 100€

since my CPU it's very low, i want to make an upgrade for CPU for at least 3GHz
I'm about to buy:
Mobo: ASRock H81 Pro BTC Intel H81 SK1150 - 55€
CPU: Intel Pentium G3250 3.2GHz 3MB Box - 58€

I Just wanted to know if it is a good upgrade, considering my budget and quality-price product and if i can buy the same for less money.

Thank You, StayWeedMe

IMHO, look toward the used market for a LGA775 CPU to extend the life of that PC a bit longer. Any of the Core 2 Quad CPUs still have plenty of processing power left in them and some can be had for cheap in the used market. Maybe look at the Q6600 / Q6700, or Q9400 / Q9500. The Q9450 / Q9550 / Q9650 would be nice, but likely too expensive still...

After that, upgrade your GPU with the largest you can afford. The GPU you can use in a future build..

I want to use my pc for playing (mostly League of Legends) and for using it for other stuff.
At the moment i'm playing league of legends with only 20 fps, 2fps while team fighting, can't play lol while on skype, and at browser or anything else, otherwise i can't even get 10 fps (got game graphics on minimum) I just want an upgrade that make my pc enable to playing LoL, skyping with friends and, if possible, navigating on browser at the same time i play, for listening music, chatting on facebook, and things like that.
