Hey guys just wanted some opinions and ideas about a budget Intel/Nvidia build, mostly to play WoW and Heroes of the Storm, but also upgradeable enough to play latest action/adventure games in 1080P 60 FPS (mixed settings) and of course cover me till the next WoW expansion(Legion) and beyond. This is my theoretical build, give it a look and tell me where I can improve:

The motherboard looks fine. If you can afford it, I suppose you could buy the new generation setup (CPU/MBO), I don't think the RAM makes much of a difference.
As far as the Haswell architecture is concerned, its very popular and might still be around for a while, so you probably would be alright if you chose to stick with Haswell.

I agree changing the CPU, you can put an SSD in later if you feel you need it. With the motherboard, I would advise getting a mATX board as the smallest, as you get extra PCI slots to put extra cards, such as sounds, etc. Although you will need to change your case (Look at motherboard compatibility).

Not neccessarily, a lot of SSD manufacturers have utilities or processes to clone the HDD to the SSD, so you dont need to reinstall the OS.

Now when it comes to Haswell vs Skylake, what do you think I should do? Wait for a bit more and get a Skylake i3, or is the performance gain/power consumption not worth it for the higher price tag?

Performance wise, there might be a slight difference (Some spectate ~10%), and while they may only be a 4 pound difference on the CPU itself, but the real problem is the motherboard as it runs on a different socket and these new boards are usually more expensive.
For most gaming, the difference will probably not be noticeable, and especially if you intend to upgrade later (Haswells will be cheaper to upgrade as they are older), I would probably recommend just keeping to the Haswell i3.

Edit: Also, the i3 is already a very efficient CPU.

What about the new features motherboards have to offer such as DDR4 memory? Also plain and simple is it worth it buying a CPU from an architecture that's almost 2 years old? I found this ASROCK B150M motherboard , from Scan (I live in the UK btw), would you mind taking a look?
