The mobo should, yes. The big question will be can your CPU run 1866, that's the defining factor (actually the CPUs MC (memory controller), the better FX CPUs can generally run 1866 but not all. The mobo being the primary defining factor went by the wayside with the end of the 775 mobos, more in my FAQs and Fiction article, Fiction, Item 4:

no, thats the 4gb modules. The 8gb modules use chips that have a different internal configuration and wouldnt normally work without support from the bios.
