I downloaded AMD overdrive and started some stress tests on my 4.7 ghz 8370 and it throttled to around 3.6 ghz on the task manager for windows 10. On overdrive it says its staying on 4.7ghz. Besides that my temps are at like 79c even though I have a cryorig h5a and 990fx mobo. This all happened after I applied some arctic silver 5. And before this i just moved my heatsink on to the 8370 from my old cpu without any new paste since i didnt have any yet I still had better temps then now. Any solutions would be fantastic im pretty pissed off that my cpu is throttling this low.
