Solution
Don't personally have a lot of faith in them, have had too many calls from folks with minor problems where BB spent a couple hours screwing around and then tried to sell them expensive replacements for parts that had nothing to do with the problem, and in most cases it was a 10-15 minute fix

it only happens during gaming i could run it non stop on browing and it normal actions but any time i start a game {ex. cs:go,h1z1} the pc will play it for maybe a solid ten minutes and then reboot and display message. Any suggestions? should i take out gpu and put back in?

calculated wattage for my pc is about 340 watts and its a 500w power supply. the pc boots fine and runs fine but cant stay on a game for more than 10 minutes. if this guides anymore answers toward me, it would be appreciated.

intel i5 4690k
asus h97m-e
g.skill 8gb 1600mhz
evga 500b psu

like i said only happens during gaming and boots fine, reason psu is not overkill is because the wattage my pc uses. im amateur at pc knowwledge and did the basics like removing and reinstalling but i cant find the fix

ok so i took out gpu and pc runs games fine for as long as needed just not to the the potential of my actual gpu. do u think the the problem could be a defective gpu or not enough power reaching the gpu? i think i have pin pointed the problem though
