Hi team,
I'm looking to upgrade my current PC and wanted some advice on what I should be getting to handle a multi-monitor set up.
At present I have 2x 1200p monitors, I typically stream video on while while gaming on the other. Following the upgrade I'd like to be able to run a 27-30" 4k monitor in the middle with a 1200p monitor on either side for streaming and web browsing.
I'm guessing that as the game is only running on the single monitor it won't be too crazy to a stretch on resources to run browsing and video on the other two monitors. With the 4K monitor taking the bulk of the requirements.
What kind of GPU should I be looking at to manage this set up? 980, 980ti, 970, Dual 970?
Note: I'm not interested in tri-monitor gaming, I only want to use the peripheral monitors as extra screen space for other tasks.
