OS Boot corrupted?

Every other time I start up my PC it freezes at the BIOS screen and I have to reboot, change boot priority to CD drive, and run the Windows startup repair. After the repair runs, I change my boot order back and everything is fine. I shut down my computer normally using the shut down option in the windows menu. (It does seem to turn off quite fast). Any ideas as to what's going on?

Using TUF Detective it seems like the freeze is after POST and when the OS should start to load.

Update: I've searched for forums a bit and I need to post some amplifying information. It is a clean install of Windows 8.1, and the problem started a week ago, after a month of no problems since I built it.

FIXED! Found a pesky BIOS option hiding under my boot priority in the advanced side of the house that had my 2nd drive as the 1st look for a OS. I guess it reset after a failed overclock attempt. Opps.
