Looking for help, what specifically causes and how to resolve BSOD PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

It happens almost every morning when I open my computer from sleep. Earlier it happened couple (many) times per day, last few weeks just once per day. It happens appr 5-10 minutes from opening and log-in. Without login, there is no BSOD. After restart from BSOD, it does not happen anymore at the same day. But again in next morning! Surprisingly, there are also few days, when it did not happen at all.

There is no dependance of what I'm doing with computer or do I do anything at all. After login I even do not touch mouse and/or keyboard, but it happens again. I suspect, that it is somehow related with Microsoft Windows Update (scheduled automatically) or with background checks about Windows10 compatibility because the BSOD-s started shortly after Microsoft published the readiness of Win10

My computer: Operating System: Windows 8.1 64-bit (6.3, Build 9600) (9600.winblue_ltsb.150807-0612)
System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
System Model: Inspiron 5423
BIOS: A13
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-3217U CPU @ 1.80GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.8GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
For more information, uploaded dxdiag.txt into http://www.filedropper.com/dxdiag_4

Tried to collect also Minidump files but I'm dumb enough to install all the set of WinDbg, symbols etc and view/understand. Last 3 minidumps from October 2015 are zipped into http://www.filedropper.com/minidump10xx15 (158 KB)

Update1: All Windows Updates have been performed, except:
- Upgrade to Windows 10 Home and
- Hidden KB2976978 (Compatibility update for Windows 8.1 and Windows 8)
- Hidden KB3044374 (Get Windows 10 for Win8.1)
- Hidden KB3075249 (telemetry for Win7/8.1)
- Hidden KB3080149 (Telemetry)
(these hidden updates I've deleted and hided AFTER current BSOD started to occur)

Update2: Result of C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc.exe /scannow is available at http://www.filedropper.com/cbs (1134 KB)
(Verification 100% complete.
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not supported in offline servicing scenarios.)

Update3: Result of C:\WINDOWS\system32>dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth is available at http://www.filedropper.com/dism (14544 KB)

Please help to understand the root cause and suggest the solution.
If there is needed smth additional background to know about my computer specifics, pls let me know.

Did you see any hints from my uploaded logs about probable RAM failure or this was just wild guess?

Additionally, installed and run http://www.resplendence.com/whocrashed

It reports according minidumps, that all BSODs was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14F9A0)

Sample:
On Sat 3.10.2015 17:41:26 GMT your computer crashed
crash dump file: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\100315-18250-01.dmp
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14F9A0)
Bugcheck code: 0x50 (0xFFFFF8010EB1B143, 0x0, 0xFFFFF802A1D254A4, 0x0)
Error: PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
file path: C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntoskrnl.exe

What can I do next about BSOD and ntoskrnl.exe?

second bugcheck was the same as the first.
windows 8 tries to access your entire drive looking for read errors, if it finds them it tries to do a repair by attempting to read the info until over and over until it gets a copy without errors. It then moves the data to a new cluster and marks the old one a bad so it will not get used again. I think one of the oem drivers is messing up this process.
-----------
first bugcheck, the filesystem was trying to repair something on your drive and passed a bad memory address to a library and bugchecked.

looks like dell just put out a update for the storage driver for this machine:
http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/04/product-support/product/inspiron-14z-5423/drivers/advanced

I would also suspect:
Realtek Turbo Mode Filter driver - Most likely associated with a Realtek USB Card Reader
rtcrfilt64.sys Thu Dec 01 01:43:09 2011
and RtsUVStor.sys
you might go dell for a update or maybe here:
http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=15&PFid=25&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false

Fine, will download and update drivers one-per-day and will check next morning about results.
This is to find and understand just for myself better, what might cause my particular BSOD.
This will take few days.
Dell System Detect itself found so far just one driver update to be done - Intel Management Engine Interface Driver, Version 9.5.14.1724, A00, Chipset_Driver_7WR14_WN_9.5.14.1724_A00.EXE

Will check this as well. But it sounds little bit irrelevant for me, I use my Realtek USB Card Reader daily and constantly with no problem.
