Just got fibre optic. My PC only gets 10mbps. Every other device in the house gets 30 :/ help

Recently upgraded to fibre optic broadband with Sky. Since the activation I have only managed to get 10mbps in a speedtest. however all other devices in my house get 30+. Scanned my whole computer. updated all drivers and still no luck :/

I'd be insanely grateful if anyone could help me out.
Can provide any information needed to gain a better understanding.

you might want to better describe how all of the devices are connected. are all devices connected via a network to the router? via wifi?

you may also want to list what hardware you are running on the computer which is receiving a bad speed

if you are connected via wifi its not uncommon to see such a huge drop. current speed here is 58/64 on the desktop via network and 19/10 via phone on wifi. i've noted slower speeds on some older hardware than newer hardware as well.

all devices are connected through wireless. I've ran a speed test on a laptop and ipad from the same distance as my pc and they both receive 30+ mbps
My network card is a 'WAN miniport' if thats any help. Im a little confused as to what hardware you wish to know?
