Unfortunately, no.
Get a GT 730.

A 610 is not meant for gaming. It's meant for watching movies and such, and even that on PC's that don't have integrated graphics. Modern integrated graphics is MUCH faster than a 610.
You, however have a decent power supply and a old PC, so you should be able to run cards upto the GTX 750 without getting bottlenecked.

If you do get a GT 610, don't waste any money on getting 2GB of VRAM, it will not help at all with a GPU that weak, it simply will not drive it. Any card below a 650 Ti with anything over 1GB of VRAM is a waste of VRAM chips, plain and simple.
