The z97 Killer uses an Atheros e2200 Lan chip which I dont like and thew Pro gamer uses an Intel i218V (much more reliable IMO)
The pro gamer also has Supreme FX audio over the killers realtec1150.
The killer offers 3 pcie3x16 slots (x8,x4,x4 if all are populated which might be useless as I dont beleive either nvidia nor AMD allow sli/xfire to work on x4 lanes anymore) and the pro only offers two x16 slots (at x8,x8 if both populated).

Other then that ,read the manual and understan the m.2 limits/tradeoffs before you buy.
