What graphic's card/s would i need to game on 3 2560x1440 monitors

I was wondering what graphics card/s would i need for gaming on 3 2560x1440 monitors at full settings that 2560x1440 monitors support, i would be playing games like witcher 3 and gta v, i also want to always have 60+fps

No, that wouldnt even play Witcher 3 at max settings on just 2 screens at 60fps.
You would need 3 or 4 980tis to even consider solid 60fps at this resolution and scaling gets worse the more cards you use. I doubt that there is ANY build that would run Witcher 3 at 2560x1440 times three ALWAYS above 60fps.
Impossible with the hardware released by now.

Oh, well what about still 3 2560x1440 monitors but only the middle one playing the game, and the side ones maybe editing and browsing and stuff like that, what graphics card/s would i need to play games like the witcher 3 on 1 2560x1440 monitor always above 60fps ? And also room for the side monitors to watch videos, edit, stuff like that?

A single 980ti does get an above 60fps average at 2560x1440 in Witcher 3 but sometimes dips down into low 50s. (without 2 side monitors)
If you really want to stay above 60fps ALL the time while using side monitors i'd recommend getting 2 980tis. May be even a little too much but anything below that (SLI 980/SLI 970) would be a bit too weak (970) for your desires or not costefficent (980)

So it's: 2 980tis in SLI. :)
