I get this higher static when i'm using Windows normally, and i'm pretty my PSU or the PSU power cable is causing this. I moved the PSU power cable away from all the other wires and the static noise got significantly lower, but it is still there.

Then there is this other different type of noise which comes when i start playing games and i think it's because of my video card. It's not a static type of noise, little lower frequency, but still just as annoying. My audio cable is right next to the video card. I tried moving the audio cable little further away, but i didn't notice any difference. I think the only solution for this would be some kind of isolation around the audio cable?

Is there a other fix? Would a new PSU fix these problems? I need to buy a new PSU soon anyway. All help will be appreciated, even if it can just little bit lower these annoying noises!

GPU: GTX 970 Herculez 4G (X2 Version)
Motherboard: Z75 Pro3
PSU: Corsair CXV2 500W ATX12V2.3 80+

In my experience most of the times there is noise or static it is due to proper ground missing from the electricity. It might be a bit complicated to resolve this, what you can try is to get a snap-on noise filter. Something like this:

There is also the possibility of having a bad/corrupt audio driver installed, you could try to remove all audio-related drivers and do a clean install of the latest audio driver for your motherboard. Sometimes some audio drivers enable special sound filters or profiles that might be causing this noise.

I belive it is grounded, but i'm not 100% sure yet. Could it be grounded but still something else is behind noise?
