1TB seagate HDD not recognized on windows 10

Have Seagate 1TB. worked fine on Windows 8, have installed Widows 10, now PC do not recognize HDD.
Have tried on Windows 8 on another PC, but does not work either. Have sound on PC whn I plug USB cable in but does not show up anywhere.

Any help is greatly appreciated

How is the drive recognized in Disk Management and Device Manager and how?
In case it has no letter under Disk Management, you can assign one.
Another thing you can do is to go to Device Manager -> Uninstall the device -> plug it out -> reboot system -> plug it back in and wait to install.
