as long as you have a good cooler and dont overvolt it like crazy if you plan to overclock. it will have no overheating issues and should stay fairly cold with stock settings and a decent cooler.

I own one running at 4.5ghz from the stock 3.3ghz (fairly high overclock)
I dont have any crazy custom water loop or anything either (i have an aio h110i gt in quiet mode)
I have no trouble keeping it under 70c full load.
The 5820k is a beast of a chip mate
