A few things...

MEM - The Z97 chipset is fine with DDR3-1866. Just don't go over 1.5v or a latency of CL10. The modules below are low latency (high performance) being DDR3-1866 CL9. Nicely priced today...
CASE - On a budget I like the Deepcool cases better.
PSU - No. XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. The EVGA B1 model you listed is a Tier 3 unit and OK at best. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Decent choice. I have built a few systems lately that use Asrock boards, and all have been running with no problems. I like the BIOS interface as well.

The Extreme 4 series of boards offer a lot of features for the money. Do be careful when installing it as these boards seem to be a little thinner than most and flex easily. Once in the system and posting, you should have no problems.

Since you want SLI options to stay open, you will need a Z97 motherboard. Skip the older Z87 chipset... Look toward one of the boards in the link below.

Huh well then. Thank you :p you did so much more than i asked for! Thanks, i appreciate it. I actually really like that case, is it bigger than the spec-01 and does it come with more than 1 fan, unlike the spec-01?
