HDD not showing up on bios or windows

I built my computer this week (heres the link to the parts) :http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XnqTkL
The ssd shows up on my computer but the hdd doesn't show on bios or disk management. I thought it had something to do with the sata ports but I don't know much about sata ports. My graphics card covers the sata4,5,6 and even he angled sata cable can't fit in. Im not sure if it has something to do with the bios or the port PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Switching plugs and ports didn't work. Also I have a 430 W power supply and a ssd and a hdd, when i turn it on the case vibrates really loud, but when I unplug the hdd its quiet. Do you think it has something to do with my power supply not being strong enough? (I hear the HDD is on though it just doesn't show up anywhere.
