Sorry, I wrote a book.
Okay guys, so I have been chasing this problem for 2 weeks now. It started when I over provisioned my SSD(with samsung software), and at the same time added a second monitor. My computer restarted, and that's when all heck broke loose.

My computer kept getting stuck after the windows loading loop, in this black screen, with my mouse pointer, which flashed back to the center every 5 seconds. the keyboard also flashed all its lights. I copied the files off my SSD to another computer, and then reformated it, and reinstalled windows fresh. Moved all my program files and user files back on, installed all my hard copy programs, and it restarted multiple times throughout the installtion processes of these programs. I then installed my motherboards driver kit(realtek sound driver, ethernet driver, Asus AI Suite). I beleiver it installed good after that too.(no guarrentee) Then I installed my Club 3d r9 280 driver, which was in hard copy, and crap hit the fan.

My computer when passed the windows loading screen(loop) It would get stuck on the black black screen, no mouse, but my secondary screen, which had been disconnected for the entire reinstall process showed my turquoise background of the login screen. Restarted again, and Windows repair couldn't do anything. Eventually, after many restarts, it worked, and i could log in, no problems, like nothing ever happened.

This problem persists now, but i actually get to the splash welcome screen with the rainbow that jumps up to reveal the login. It shows the acurate time(when it freezed), the wifi loading symbol, and everything else that is standard.

I don't want to restart 20 times to enter my computer so I need help. I have determind my graphics card might be the problem and updated the driver via windows update tool, but no luck.

I used msconfig and set diagnostic startup, which allowed it to restart fine(besides other issues ill bring up after this problem is fixed) and it loaded first try. I then let windows services start via the selective startup option, which then let the freeze/error occur again.

I have Turned off fast startup, and hibernation.

I will uninstall my graphics card driver if it is viable.

System:
AMD FX6300 6 core CPU
Asus M5a97 r2.0 motherboard
HyperX 1866mhz DDR3 Ram
(New, week before errors) Samsung 850 EVO
Western digital caviar blue 1TB HDD
Club 3d R9 280 3gb Graphics card
Corsair CX750 non modular power supply

System was new in June 2015, custom built by me, worked good until now. Made this post on the PC in question FYI.

Please advise on any more measures I should take. Will answer any questions I get.

Thanks,
MaizeH
