1.How do u update bios using M-Flash?
2.Do i need to create bootable usb first to M-Flash?

Reason why i want to update : My CPU is haswell refresh

DO NOT update a bios unless it fixes an issue that impacts you.
If your haswell refresh cpu is supported at your current level, leave it alone.
A failed bios can brick your motherboard permanently.

i know but my bios version is 1.4 . i5 4460 haswell refresh need at least 1.5 T.T
