New Power Supply Causes RAM Slot Not To Work!

After I installed ATX ILG-600R2 600 WATT, one of my ram slots stopped working. I really don't know if I burnt out the slot installing the PSU! If you can help, that would be great!
Specs:
GTX 750 Ti SC
ATX ILG-600R2
ASrock fm2a88m-hd+
amd a10-5800k trinity quad-core 3.8ghz
8 Gb of RAM (Running 4 Gb currently)

But you can tell it's a crappy power supply by the 115/230V input voltage selector. That means it doesn't even have PFC. 10 years ago, that was fine. But these days there's no excuse for not having PFC integrated into your design.
