I want a build that is worth around $800 in the normal part of the year(I am buying during black Friday so i expect around $100 off). I do not need a monitor, keyboard, headphones, sound system or mouse.

The games that i want to play are(at ultra at(at least) 60 fps on ultra(1080p):

GTA V
Payday 2
CS:GO
Battlefield 4/Hardline
Cities:Skylines
Sim City 5
ARMA 2/3
DayZ
Skyrim/Elder Scrolls Online
Assassin's Creed
Metal Gear Solid
Elite Dangerous
Fallout 4/3/New Vegas
And other games like that.

This PC will mostly be used for gaming and schoolwork.

Thanks for any help!!
