Is there any way i can setup something like raid 1 online? e.g. I have 1 tb of storages on dropbox, so is there a way to utilize all of that storages to something usefull like a constant backup for my laptop system?

A raid 1 works because it's physically connected together and the system can just send writes to both paired drives at once. Even with a platter HDD, the bandwidth cost for a full realtime image backup would be prohibitive. There are a lot of software solutions for scheduled backups, which is probably more what you're looking for.
