Which of one of the 2 combos., that I chose, performs better than the other in GTA V? I plan to play that game everyday. Thanks so much of you could reply!

I would recommend sticking to the 970, because it's a very nice card for 1080p but try to get an Intel alternative.
i5 4460 + GX970 if your budget allows it would be the best option.
If not just go with the 960 and the 4690k.

Even then agree with migronesien, i5-4690K and GTX 960, you can't go wrong with that one. The AMD CPU is a bit outdated and you would want to get rid of it after a while using it. Transitioning to Intel after that will be a bit pricey.
