How to downgrade from Windows 8 to 7?

Hi,
I came with Windows 8 installed on my pre built system. I'm currently running Windows 8.1 now and would like to downgrade to Windows 7. Is there anyway of doing this? I am fine with doing a 'fresh install' as I don't have much on the PC.

Thanks for you help.

If your manufacturer provides Windows 7 drivers, you can purchase a Windows 7 license (and install media) from places like Newegg. You will have to do a full install.

If your manufacturer does not provide Windows 7 drivers, do not try to downgrade as you may have issues later on.
