What is the best 400$ console killer gaming pc including windows 7? My friend needed a build for 400$ exactly and i said okay i will try to find out but its very hard to :(. Please in this build include things he needs for the gaming pc so he can game like the wifi adapters thermal paste (if he needs it) and ye thanks all!

Ok alright find a build to increase his budget60-80 i will try to help him out but for my build shall it run most games on 1080p medium to high settings if not please showe a build that will for a little higher money i got 5 minutes b4 i have to run to school plz hurry ct! :)
