Hi, my problem is that I installed new GPU, so when I press the power button PC works fine, I mean I can control it but without a vision, because the monitor says that there is no signal detected. GPU fans are spinning, but only the LED lights aren't working.

Also this problem shows up only at the first boot, I can manually restart it and then monitor gets the signal. I tried reinstalling drivers and that worked. But after 3 days problem appeared again.

Do you have any ideas how to solve this?

Solution
You need to list your full system specs, brand/model of video card, power supply and motherboard at least. Very likely you got the video card without checking requirements for power and maybe PCIe slot version.

Well, the company called Vibox built this PC for me and they used their own PSU.

RAM - Patriot PSD38G13332 x2
CPU - AMD FX-4300
Motherboard - GA-78LMT-USB3
GPU - G1 Gaming GTX 980Ti (AMD R9 270x - the old one)
HDD - Seagate ST2000DM001

I can't open that link, but I am thinking that 90% chance the issue is the power supply. You went to a 980Ti from a 270x, that is a decent power use increase. You won't see any improvement in performance with the new card, your CPU is the weak link in the system, in almost all games you will be CPU limited before the video card starts to reach peak performance, the 270X you had, never mind the 980. You are two solid levels away in CPU class before you get a balanced system with a 980.
