No BIOS after updating BIOS

I just upgraded my computer to an i5-6600K, 16GB DDR4 2400 MHz (PC4-19200), and an MSI Z170A Krait Motherboard. I updated my BIOS with the M-Flash utility and when it was done my computer rebooted into an EFI Shell. No matter what I do I can not get into the BIOS. I tried following this guide to fix it but I do not have an update script (flash.nsh). It doesn't come with the BIOS and I can't find one for my board. I tried removing one memory module to get the BIOS to let me load defaults or something like that but it doesn't come up. I tried moving my SSD Sata cable to another port but it doesn't do anything.

What else can I do to get the BIOS to work again? I haven't tried reseating the CPU which I'm going to do when I get home so I'll update this when I do.

Thank you.

Yes I have tried resetting the CMOS. My motherboard didn't come with a jumper so I used a metal spudger to touch the two pins together for 10 seconds as instructed in the manual. When I touched the two together a white LED lit up near the pins, not the one right next to it though, it was an inch or two away from it. When I try to turn on the computer while I have the spudger connecting them it won't power on. I don't know if that's supposed to happen. I also took out the battery for about a minute, I'm not sure how long your supposed to leave it out for though.

Sounds like you didn't unplug the computer from the wall? Very important!

I just tried to reset this CMOS again because I don't remember if I had unplugged the PSU or not the last time.

I turned off the computer and unplugged the power cord from the PSU and then used the spudger as a jumper again, the LED didn't light up this time. I turned it back on and it booted to the shell again. I turned it off and unplugged the PSU again but this time I took out the CMOS battery for about a minute and then turned it back on. It did the same thing.
