Asrock H81m-hds r2.0 no overclock function bios

I have a G3258 processor in a asrock H81M-HDS r2.0 motherboard and updated the bios. Now i dont have the overclock feature anymore. Is there a way to downgrade the bios or is there another way to overclock?

there is a way you just need to download the older version of your bios on this link then click on how to and it wil explaine how to install it i have done it just now to the link http://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/H81M-HDS%20R2.0/?cat=Download&os=BIOS
