Solution
Get a 1600MHz RAM and R9 cards perform better with FX CPUs . Get a FX 9590 and u will feel the power of an 8 core CPU clocked on 4.7 GHz that also can be overclocked up to 5.5 GHz :)
You don't say what res you're playing at. If 1080p, you don't need the 8GB VRAM of the 390X. At 1080p, it does no better than the cheaper 970. The 970 also only requires a 500w PSU. I would also step up to at least 1600 if not 1866 RAM. I also MUCH prefer the WD Black over the cheaper Seagate drives. They're faster and more reliable.
