first of all my PC specs

CPU - Intel Core i7 4790k @ 4.0GHz
==============================================
RAM - 16GB kingston HyperX Fury 1600MHz
==============================================
Motherboard - Asrock Fatal1ty Z97 Killer
==============================================
PSU - Corsair HX750
==============================================
SSD - Kingston SSDNow V300
==============================================
Graphics Card - Gigabyte GTX 660 OC edition
==============================================
HDD - WD green 1TB and 80gb seagate.
==============================================
OS - Windows 10
==============================================

So the problem is that when I have fast-boot disabled it works fine at booting into windows fine. But when i try to use fast-boot it only works on the initial boot from the BIOS. If i turn my PC off and try to boot windows with fast-boot enabled it says that the boot device cannot be detected.

YES my SSD is in #1 for boot priority

Could somebody please give me some insight as to why this is not working.

And the Ultra-fast boot doesn't work at all it just loads straight into the BIOS and doesn't attempt to boot windows at all.

Solution
You need a GPU with a UEFI GOP BIOS to support fast boot, which by default I don't believe the Gigabyte GTX 660 has. Though I think there are updated UEFI GOP BIOSes for the GTX 600 series that will support fast boot. But flashing a BIOS can be risky, especially when the card doesn't have a dual BIOS in case you mess it up.

If I know well the Ultra fast boot option does not work in Windows 10 environment.
I have same situation and with Win 8.1 I had no problem. Now, with Win10 I can not also use Ultra fast boot.

But please inform me if I wrong....
