Hello Sir,
Can you please tell me that this graphics card is suitable for playing all the latest games like FIFA 16,Dragon Age intution , Grand Theft Auto V and etc all hd games.

Well the PSU is very weak, it wont deal with new Graphics card, I myself am using a Zotac gfx card, Consider the GTX 980 if you want 4k and more power, if 4k isn't on your mind, a 4gb GTX 960 is also nice and way cheaper, for your consideration, and the PSU part is very important, i burned my old one (550 watts) with the new parts and my GPU takes 220watts underload (GTX 770)

The Power Supply you own is not good at all. You should not stick Mid-High range GPU with that PSU.
GTX 750Ti a great Gaming GPU for 720p.
You can maxed out & can get 60 fps at 720p on modern Games with 750Ti plus it does not require any expensive PSU.
If you have a 720p monitor get the GTX 750Ti.

But if you have a 1080p monitor. You should get a GTX 950 or R9 270X which exceed your Budget plus new Good Quality PSU.
But with Low-Mid settings you can play modern games with GTX 750Ti with decent fps [30+].

if ur from india, i will help u alot because iam also from india
are u having a branded supply or a cheap one?
if ur having a cheap one u can still use some good gpu's
