Will Cancelling and reordering TWC internet under roomate using same modem change IP address?

We are banned from a site we love, and we have abode by all terms.Im not sure why they keep doing it.

But does anyone know if i can get my main ip address changed by cancelling and reordering TWC with using the same purchased modem?

Or just a VPN. As low as 4$ a month and you can be from anywhere in the world. I use private internet access. You can connect upto 5 devices at once. Great for everything but kind of crappy for torrents but otherwise I get 99% of my speed. Other VPN services are good for torrents but you only get 50% of your speed.

Of course you can turn the VPN on and off with a click and just got when you want to change and mask your ip

This or subscribing to a private proxy service are your best routes. Also, if you're lucky, you can probably convince level 3 support reps to get you a new IP if you're having poor luck getting it refreshed from your pool. Of course, it may be that you're NAT'd with a block of users, which may explain the ban in spite of you following the rules, since someone else on the same IP may not be.

I have a better solution. Just get the program called: Real Hide IP

With that, you can make you location appear from any other location or country. I've used it in the past and it's great and really does work... and best of all.. No Subscription is needed.
